From David Burns in the USA Feb 2014
A small reunion of Queen's Own Highlander's senior NCO's gathered at the Queen's Own Highlanders Sgt's Mess to celebrate Cameronian Day, 14 May, 1983 Not everyone in the photo is a former Cameronian. I recognize Tam Balloch, fifth from the right. The photo was posted on the Queen's Own Highlander web page; caberfeidh.com. I forget where the Freedom of Motherwell came from. I think I was searching for something when I came across it. I bet the Jocks would have preferred a couple of free beers instead of the freedom of the town. Please pass them on to whomever. I didn't see a copyright on them. Cheers.

Further info From Tam Balloch
