Joined January 1963, on disbandment went to 1 KOSB as a L/Cpl.
Completed just under 26 years service, finished a C/Sgt in September 1988 (approx).
Best mate wullie McColl (also his brother in law for a short time lol..he was married to my dad's sister).
Born in the gorbals in June 1943, grew up in drumoyne / govan before enlisting.
Sadly he passed away back in 1991. When 1 Cams disbanded in 1968 my dad went to 1 KOSB, I would love to see more pics of him as a Cameronian, but as yet have not seen anymore of him on here.
