The family of James and family following the birth of his youngest child my Aunt Catherine in 1919. Regretfully Janet died shortly after the birth of her daughter. However James set up a family group photograph in his studio to which he then superimposed his wife Janet with her image (3rd photo).

Part Video showing street scenes around Halfway

Part Video showing family members and friends, as well as tennis playing in Halfway and Hallside. It also shows the wedding of James Halbert and Annie Cochraine 1928. The wedding took place at the Douglas hotel and the film features many guests. I am sure there must be decendents who would love to see this footage.
