I am the fourth girl from the left in the second row. My name was Morag Macdermid and I lived in Monkcastle Drive. I had a friend whose name was Margaret Stewart, I think she might possibly be the last girl at the end of the second row.Its been a very long time and I dont know any other names from that era. Perhaps others might be able to help in that regard after seeing the photo.I left Bushyhill in August 1957 when my family immigrated to Australia.

Thought you might like this photo of my grandfather, Robert Ward (1902-1973), posing outside his old school, West Coats. It was taken on Robert's first trip back to Scotland in 1967, after living in Australia for 40 years. Apparently he had very fond memories of his time at West Coats.
