Message from Mandy I need to explain 1st, Dad lives in Warrington Cheshire and I live in Surrey, so I am phoning him with messages, he is really pleased about the response from yourself, and yes he thinks he does remember you.
Dad said he has already got out some photo's from Aden, I know which ones he means, and what a motley crew you all are!!!!!!! Dad is at a bit of a loose end, Mum died just before Christmas last year, after a long illness, and Dad has just found out that there is a tumor on his lung, a bad time for all of us, so this is helping take his mind off everything, he was buzzing when I called earlier.
Does anyone remember Johnnie Woods(wife Doreen & son Carl) Dad really wants to get in touch with them, then there was a string of "baby-sitters" that I remember, Chris McGovern from Liverpool, Ronnie Cronin, and Derek, can't remember his surname, only that he married Marylyn from Sheffield in '65 just before we shipped out to Bahrain. We would love to hear from anyone that remembers the old sod (Dad that is)!!!!!!!

From Mike Bell ~ Second from the right leaning on the bonnet is Sologub, that was his surname, I can't remember his first name but he was a corporal in the Signals Platoon, he always got 'Solly', surprisingly enough. From Frank Charlton - June 2019
