I was born in Hallside in 1942, I first went to St Charles then to St Brides School, I think in 1948 then I switched to St Columkills. We moved to Canada in 1954.

Attached are some old photos of my family. First one old family photos in a picture of my G/grandfather James Keatings and behind, his house at 57 Hallside Rd. Second one is my G/grandmother Ann Jane McNulty. They were both born in Ireland. The photo marked is a picture of my grandfather and grandmother Frank Keatings from Hallside and Martha Burns. She was born at 11 Colebrooke Street, Cambuslang in 1890. The next is my grandfather many years later when he lived in Halfway. He died there in 1975. The last is my G/grandmother Martha McGill and she is Martha Burns mother.
